COMFORT COVERS
Comfort covers are boat seat covers that are permanently attached to the boat seat and form around the contours of the seat to add comfort and stability to the seat itself. Most of these covers have large amounts of padding, usually in the form of soft foam. The purpose of these covers is to provide comfort to the person that is sitting on the boat seat, because oftentimes boat seats are very firm and provide little comfort to the person sitting.
STYLISH COVERS
The final type of boat seat cover that is often used is a stylish cover. This is often much thinner than comfort covers, but remain on the seat at all times. The purpose of these covers is to provide an extra sense of style and custom ability to the boat seats themselves. Oftentimes, you will find these covers on racing boats or high end fishing boats where appearance matters as much as functionality. In addition, these covers can be in a variety of colors and can have many different types of designs to differentiate themselves apart.
